xTraction Export Ticket Link opens two (2) CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM) ticket links in different IE Windows.

When performing an export within Xtraction, there is the option to select the format (Excel, Word, PDF) and to 'Show URL Record Link'. 

When the URL Record Link is clicked, the CA SDM ticket/record is displayed. 

With the combination of Office 365 and IE11, the URL Record Link is opening two (2) instances of the ticket/record in separate IE Windows. 

1.  From the Windows OS, click the START button and enter 'File Association' in the SEARCH dialog box.  Select 'Make a file type always open in a specific program'.

2.  Scroll to the bottom of the window.  Locate and select 'HTTP'.  With 'HTTP' selected, click on the 'CHANGE PROGRAM' button.

3.  Select 'Internet Explorer' and press the 'OK' button.

4.  Close the File Association window and retry the xTraction Export.  Within the new xTraction Export, select a CA SDM ticket/record URL link - only a single CA SDM window should appear.
