Issue:
The user is getting the following error message when trying to connect to the SaaS PPM server from their remote environment using the XOG client:

XOG client 15.2

Remote Network behind a firewall
Cause:
The site's network team discovered some abnormal behavior with respect to the XOG client's requests to the PPM SaaS server. 
Resolution:
The network team was engaged and they resolved the problem by reconfiguring the firewall exceptions.
