XCOM service not started with Server reboot

Issue:
The xcomd service fails to start when the Windows 2008 server is rebooted. The service will start successfully if started manually. We receive the messages:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7000

The ServiceName service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

in addition to an error id of 1053 in the Windows Event log. What is causing the problem?



 
Environment:
XCOM r11.6, Windows 2008
Resolution:
The Event ID 7000 is coming from Windows and not XCOM. When doing some checking on Google, the information found seems to indicate that there is a timeout value that can be increased to help prevent the error. Here is the link found from Microsoft:
