This problem started after upgrading to 10.2 and 10.5.2, for some graphs the timeline fails to keep on 8 minutes window and it just keeps getting longer as the start time becomes further in the history in the end the 8 minutes of data gets drawn on the right side of the windows.
This issue affect only workstation not Webview. Here is an example
In the left upper corner window, there is an empty space in the graph and the time line starts from 9:40 instead of last 8 minutes, the 8 minutes’ worth of data is compressed in the latest 8 minutes in the timeline. The data is there but it is rendered incorrectly for some graphs
The problem is related to defect # DE348055 and it affects any 10.x release
The root cause of the issue are remaining metrics data that are not cleared from the subscription list once the agent is unmounted. The tracked metrics in graph still contains the data that are being refreshed only until the agent is unmounted, so after the agent is automatically unmounted (by default 1 hour) the time frame (x-axis) starts expanding with every refresh and since we only have graph values for the last 8 minutes the graph itself looks like it is collapsing.
This issue is fixed in 10.7.0 SP1 and 10.5.2 HOTFIX#39
