Workflow task attempting to fire before the previous Workflow Task

Issue:

When there are 2 or more workflow status, the second workflow status kicks off at the same time the first workflow status. The second workflow status is not waiting for the first workflow status to complete thus causing an SLA violation

WFT SLA seems to fire when the task is in Wait status and not in Pending status. e.g. SLA is 5 minutes and attached to second wft. Second wft is in Wait status. First wft is in Pending status; as expected. 5 minutes passes. Second wft' SLA fires; sending out SLA violation notification even though it' task status is still in Wait since the first task is still in Pending status

Cause:

The workflow task is not being locked.

Resolution/Workaround:

the following solution should help

pdm_options_mgr -c -s SREL_BLOCKS_TIMEOUT -v 30 -a pdm_option.inst"

To avoid losing the change when you run pdm_configure, please run the above command with the '-t' flag as follows:
"pdm_options_mgr -c -s SREL_BLOCKS_TIMEOUT -v 30 -a pdm_option.inst -t
