Introduction:
We are using Workflow with enforced scoping enabled. We would expect that any user on the admin role assigned to the enforced scoping would be the primary approver.

This is a picture inside the workflow that demonstrates enforced scoping
Instructions:
In order for this process to work correctly you need to ensure that the admin task is added to the admin role. 
Demonstrates adding the Admin Task to the Admin role being used for enforced scoping

In this example the Admin Task "Modify User 2" had workflow enabled and was added to the admin role as a task.
