After installing Unified Self Service 14.1, and logging into the interface you may notice that some of the header information does not appear correct. For example:

Notice the header is listed as "tag_cloud"

A similar situation may be seen in Open Space 3.0, but instead with the header "stats_ticker"

For Unified Self Service 14.1

To resolve this issue you will need to re-import the "Site Pages". To do this first log into the Control Panel with an Administrator account on the Unified Self Service server, the url will be similar to:

From the menu on the left side of the screen select "Site Pages" under the "General Topics" heading.

Once the Site Pages information displays click the "Import" button in the middle of the page, it will open a file upload window

Once the window opens the following changes should be completed:

1. Click "Choose File" and browse to Unified Self Service install folder, to the OpenSpace-v4.0.lar file. In a default install the path is as follows, but browse to your path:

C:\Program Files\CA\Self Service\OSOP\data\aquila\OpenSpace-v4.0.lar

2. Uncheck "Archive Setups"

3. Check "Categories"

The screenshot provides an example of how it should look

Click the "Import" button.

Once completed the problem should be corrected

For Open Space 3.0

The steps above should be followed exactly the same. The only difference is that instead of using the LAR file:

C:\Program Files\CA\Self Service\OSOP\data\aquila\OpenSpace-v4.0.lar

You will instead use the LAR file

C:\Program Files\CA\Open Space\OSOP\data\aquila\OpenSpace-v3.0.lar

Please adjust the path to the location where Open Space is installed in your environment.
