Windows Jobs aborts with Return Code 9009

Issue:
Problem was in Windows Agent Version 12.0.3 and did not exist in previous versions.

Windows jobs systematically abort with a Return Code 9009.

'C:\Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command, 
operable program or batch file. 
ATTENTION - UC4:JOBMESSENGER failed 
JOB ended with RETCODE 0 
JOBMSG ended with RETCODE 9009 
JOB will abort with RETCODE from JOBMSG step

Environment:
Any Windows versions that are supported by Microsoft and which are compatible with the AUTOMIC solution
Cause:
The Agent is not able to retrieve its compounds, if it was installated in "C:\Program Files\"
Resolution:
Workaround:

Replace "C:\Program Files\" in the variable UC_EX_JOB_MD of the agent

[VARIABLES] 
.... 
UC_EX_JOB_MD=..\UCXJWX6M.EXE 

ajust to: 

UC_EX_JOB_MD=C:\PROGRA~1\UC4\..........\AgentWin\bin\UCXJWX6M.EXE\UCXJWX6M.EXE

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
