The ADR table resides in the database. The table is, however, under direct control of components loaded into storage at IPL time so that, even when CA Jobtrac is not operating, table entries are updated. So, if Jobtrac is down and there are some jobs that update the datasets used for dataset trigger job(s), once CA Jobtrac is back up it will know and process dataset triggered jobs. This is only if a normal shutdown of Jobtrac is done without a BACK occurring.
