During a scheduled Alert Downtime, we observed that majority of the Summary Alerts were grayed out, with a black circle in the middle.
We understand that the black circle in the middle indicates downtime period. However, per our understanding, alerts should still be reporting during a downtime period, it is only the associated action that will not be triggered during this period.
Why would these Summary Alerts grayed out?
