Question:
We are trying to use the CA PAM SSO login functionality by using the CA PAM Client. When we click on SSO, we are prompted for the standard Domain credentials, and on successful completion, we are taken to the PAM console.

If using CA PAM SSO login by connecting to CA PAM from a browser, we don't need to enter the Domain credentials: we are taken directly to the console.

Is this the correct behaviour ?
Environment:
CA PAM, all versions
Answer:
This is s normal behaviour: the CA PAM Client is based upon jxbrowser and it does not read cookies. This means the cookies containing the Domain login details will not be readable by the CA PAM Client and you will get prompted again for the username and password
