Why does my SpectroSERVER have performance issues with large, Juniper VLAN discoveries that results in minidumps being generated that show CsJnprVlanIH::build_vlan_cache in the stack?
There is currently a performance problem with how Spectrum builds a VLAN cache table for Juniper devices that have a large set of VLAN interfaces.
This may result in SpectroSERVER minidumps and high CPU during VLAN discoveries.
As a potential workaround you can disable the VLAN discoveries on a per container basis for Juniper devices.
This is scheduled to be fixed in Spectrum 10.3.
