Issue:

Unable to launch OneClick consoles.  We are getting the following error:

"JAR resources in JNLP file, are not signed by same certificate".

Environment:
Any Spectrum version.
Cause:

looking at the history file, the oneClick server is on version 10.2.1 but patches from 10.01.01 and 10.0.0 are installed on top of it.

10.2.1.0.98 05/24/2017 11:03

Spectrum_10.01.01.PTF_10.1.114 installed on 05/29/2017 10:45:05.

Spectrum_10.00.00.PTF_10.0.001 installed on 08/20/2017 10:21:22.

The patches are specifically for the OneClick server, so there is a mixture of OneClick system files, from 3 different releases.

Resolution:

To bring them all to the same version, reinstall 10.2.1, on the OC servers, that have mixed files.

Or upgrade to a new version, e.g 10.2.2 on all servers.  i.e. all OneClick and all SpectroSERVERs.

This will overwrite all system files and bring them to the same version.
