After deploying "Single Sign On" (SSO) in CA Service Catalog, CA Service Desk and CA Unified Self Service, Catalog in the Mobile App stopped working. It all works normally on the web interface.
Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Login to Service Catalog
2 - Administration > Configuration > Single Sign-on Authentication
3 - Set “Single Sign on Type” to "Artifact Based Single Sign On"
4 - Log into Mobile App using Catalog URL
That is because customer has configured SSO with "Artifact Type" as "Request" and "Artifact Name" as "sm-user"
Login to catalog from Mobile will work by default in SSO case with "Artifact type" set as "Parameter" and "Artifact Name" as "username"
