The "CA Executive Insight for Service Assurance" (EI) is installed and integrated with "CA Service Operations Insight "(SOI). After adding the Business Indicators, "Availability" column of SOI dashboard does not appear on EI dashboard.

Solution:

In CA SOI, the "Availability" column is calculated data rather than a standard metric like “Severity, Quality, Risk, Health." So, the EI dashboard does not display it out of the box.

The "Availability" of SOI dashboard is an abstracted measure of service uptime and downtime based on the health of the service. So, EI users can monitor the "Health" status to check if the service is available in CA Executive Insight.
