Why are mounted tapes not being AVR'd ?

Why are tapes that are mounted and available not being picked up by AVR ?   


Verify that the TAPE POOL INFORMATION is correct in the DTPOOL option record.

This is displayed in Panel CAYD-1220 in CUI - CA Dynam/T tape drive pool information.

CA Dynam will only perform AVR on drives specified in the Panel. If no drives are specified, all drives will be searched. 

The tape on the unit also must have a recording density that is compatible with the tape drive it is mounted on.
