I have sent a 2-way page notification using CA Automation Point's Notification Manager, but I got a three-digit return code, such as RC=403 and RC=503. What does these mean?

These three digit return codes are generated by your paging service provider, not by CA Automation Point.
Open your VOXNM.LOG file in the %AP_SITE%\Logs directory, do a search for the log message that contains this three-digit return code. Look within that message and related messages for an associated 4-digit Automation Point error code (e.g. VOX5104W), and then check the CA Automation Point Message Guide for this message ID and what it means. This may give you an idea about what is causing the problem and how to solve it.
