Why am I not able to download CA Insight for Distributed Databases even though I currently have Unicenter Network and Systems Management Database Performance Monitor Option?

On Support Connect under Downloads, I enter CA Insight for Distributed Databases and the search returns no data.

Solution:

You cannot choose CA Insight Database Performance Monitor for Distributed Databases by name in the 'Downloads/Products', because you are not physically licensed for the new codes. You can download this product by looking for the name of the current product that you are actually licensed for. For example, if you currently have Unicenter Network and Systems Database Performance Monitor Option 3.1, then you would enter Unicenter Network and Systems Database Performance Monitor Option and choose the 11.2 0708 release.
