Question:
In catalog GUI ,  in a user's catalog profile ,  it has a section called "Request Auto-Delegation "  ,  you can specify which user you would like to have your pending action automatically delegate to .   Which table in MDB contains the information about auto-delegation setting ?

Answer:
The information about auto delegation is held in the database table "usm_request_auto_delegation".
There are columns in there for the delegator and the delegate.

Additional Information:
In the CA Service Catalog UI/administration/users, you open a user catalog profile's detail window.
And in there, you have two delegation related options: Request Auto-Delegation and Delegate Use of Catalog.
When you set a user for 'Request Auto-Delegation', the delegation_type will be set to 0.
When you set one or more users for 'Delegate Use of Catalog', the delegation_type will be set to 1.
Per user, a row will be inserted into the table usm_request_auto_delegation.
