Question:

I have created a SECCACHE address space as described by the Control Option SECCACHE.

In the Top Secret Control Options Guide, the following description is given (excerpt):

"Use the SECCACHE control option to provide a cache for CA Top Secret to place security records that reflect the status of a user following a RACROUTE VERIFY request. The cache is managed in a common data space that can be accessed from all address spaces. ..."

I tried to find the SECCACHE, which is supposed to be an OS DATA SPACE. but could not find it.

Where is it located?

Answer:

The Data Space for SECCACHE is allocated with a scope of COMMON, i.e. it is allocated to the *MASTER* address space.
