Where in Service Catalog can we set the time-frame that an approver has to approve a request?

Service Catalog all releases and environments

 

Answer: 

Edit the EscalationWaitTime setting is under SLCM_GlobalDataset -> Parameters ->

in PAM's SLCM folder .

 

The EscalationWaitTime value you can set as

<days>:<hours>|<days>:<hours>|<days>:<hours>|<days>:<hours>|
