If you need to find any of your previous Rally cases in CA Support Online, please follow the below instructions:
Log into Support Online
Click on 'Launch Classic Support Page'
Under Support on the left hand side of the page, click on 'View Cases' this will take you to the 'View Cases' page.
Next to Site ID: please enter you Site ID number
Next to Status: there are 3 options, Open, Closed or All
Click on one of the options, press enter
You will see your cases
