Where can I add or remove fields from the subproject list view in CA Project & Portfolio Management (PPM)?
This is the list view you are taken to if you click on a project or program, and select Subprojects from the Properties drop down.
Unfortunately, this view can not be changed. The one subproject view that can be changed in the Select Subprojects page.
The Select Subprojects page is the page you are taken to when you perform the below steps:
1. Go to Home->Projects (or Programs)
2. Click on a project
3. Click on the properties drop down then select 'Subprojects'
4. Click on the Add button
A user can configure this page by clicking the Options icon on the right hand side then selecting Configure. To configure this page at the Administration level:
1. Go to Administration->Objects->Project
2. Click on the 'View' tab
3. Click on the Layout link next to 'Subproject List'
