When we login to WCC we have no tabs. Everything is blank and we see errors in the logs about cannot instantiate bean autosysService, how do we address this?

When we login to our new WCC UI we have no tabs.  Everything is blank and we see errors in the logs about cannot instantiate bean autosysService.  

Environment:
Product - Workload Control Center 11.4.xPlatform - Any
Answer:

Confirm the variable CA_WAAE_SDK_LIB is set to the directory containing asapi.jar

If it is not set correctly, make the necessary adjustments and restart WCC.
