When using the Approvals App in CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM) Mobile Enabler, no CA Process Automation Manager (CA PAM) Approval Tasks appear

Verify that the Approval Tasks do appear using CA PAM's native client/browser interface
Check CA SDM's approve.log file from CA SDM log directory (NX_ROOT\LOG) for errors like:
ERROR ITPAMProxy 175 ERROR: ITPAM(http://myITPAMserver:8080/itpam/soap) Connection failure reason(Invalid user/password or token.)
This error indicates that the credentials used to access the Approvals App is not the same credentials to login to CA PAM.
The Approvals App -> PAM integration requires the same credentials to be used for CA SDM and CA PAM.
If they are different, the Approval Apps -> PAM integration does not display the Approval tasks within the Mobile Enabler Approvals App.
