When typing in the Requestor and/or Affected End User field, the auto complete search stops when a comma is entered. Is this expected behavior?
Engineering team has advised that this is a limitation with the CA SDM 14.1 autosuggest/auto completion feature. It is designed to work only with last names and therefore the use of commas is not supported and causes the autosuggest/auto completion feature to stop.
Unfortunately, there is no patch/fix or work around available.
Several enhancement requests have been made to enhance the CA SDM autosuggest/auto complete feature.
Unfortunately at this time there is no indication as to when (or if) any enhancements to the CA SDM autosuggest/auto complete feature will be made.
