Issue:

When trying to log into OneClick the following error is seen:

max number of concurrent logons of 0 has been exceeded

Environment:

Any

Cause:

MaxOneClickLogins attribute for the current user is set to 0

Resolution:

In order to correct this you should carry out the following steps:

NOTE: For these steps “spectrum” is the user seeing this problem.

1.       Log into CLI and obtain the model handle of the user having the problem:

Cd to $SPECROOT/vnmsh directory

./connect

./show models | grep spectrum

0x534abf    User-spectrum-51  0x10475     AccessGroup

0x534abe    User-spectrum-51  0x10475     AccessGroup

0x536803    spectrum          0x1046e     SM_AttrMonitor

0x536804    spectrum          0x3dc0001   EventModel

0x50000b    /nms/spectrum/NS  0x10417     ClientApp

0x54c263    spectrum(Active)  0x10004     User

2.       Now you need to set the current model using the model handle of the spectrum user:

./current mh=0x54c263

3.       Then view the attributes for the users model handle 0x54c263 - You can grep for the specific attribute:

./show attributes mh=0x54c263 | grep MaxOneClickLogins

0x12a7e     MaxOneClickLogins           -1

4.       Modify the attribute to value -1 (from 0):

./update attr=0x12a7e,val=-1
