Question:

I am receiving the following message when my CAS9 procedure starts.  CAS9111I "Violation message deferment threshold located in ESQA at @@@@@@@@."  (Where @@@@@@@ is a storage address).  What does this message mean and is it an area of concern?

Answer:

The CAS9111I message is purely informational and is not a violation message. This message is related to LMP enhancements that were included as part of CA Common Services r11 and has been carried forward to the current release.  The message may be used by technical support to locate the address of an in storage LMP control table should it become necessary to debug any problems with LMP processing.

Additional Information:

See the description of R11 fix QO66300 for details of the enhancements made to LMP processing.
This fix was subsequently PE'd by QO75220 and QO83896 but the corrections made by these fixes were incorporated into subsequent releases of Common Services.
