Issue:

When you access Service Desk through IE11 and try to save a file attached to a ticket, its file name is displayed as "UploadServlet".

Environment:

Windows / IE11

Cause:

If you do not complete the steps on IE11 as stated on the Service Desk Certification Matrix, the problem appears.

Resolution:

In order to use IE11 to access Service Desk Web Interface, you need to follow the steps stated on the Certification Matrix as shown below.

1. Add CA Service Desk Manager URL to intranet zone.

2. Add the CA Service Desk hostname to the Compatibility view settings of the browser.

3. Ensure that the Documentation Mode is set to Default.
