When running CA Compliance Event Manager reports I am getting CA LDAP Server timeout errors, How can I fix these timeout errors?
When running reports, we get the following error message:
Error: LDAP Timeout Client request timed out - configured search limit of 60 seconds exceeded
The setting of 60 seconds was set in the CA Compliance Event Manager CUSTOM.CFGLIB file member CEMECFGX:
To change from 60 seconds to 120 seconds:
If reports need additional time to complete, then increase searchtimelimit value that meets your needs 2 minutes...3 minutes.
After changing the above value in CEMECFGX rerun J01160SP job in the CUSTOM.JOBLIB library to get the changes into USS.
