Description

Service Desk or CMDB Configuration; will error when "Validating Extension" tables if a specific folder is not in your %PATH%.

Solution

Validate the following folder or its equivalent is part of your %PATH% environment variable: C:\Program Files\CA\SC\eTPKI\lib

To check the %PATH%, execute this command:
echo %PATH%

To add the directory to your %PATH%, right click "My Computer" > "Properties".
Click "Advanced" and then "Environment Variables".
Edit the System PATH to include:
C:\Program Files\CA\SC\eTPKI\lib
Click OK and re-run pdm_configure.
