Question: 

When I add a device to the spectrum global for synchronization to CAPC it does not change the device from pingable to manageable.

Environment:  

CAPC with using spectrum as a data source 

Answer: 

 

Devices already CAPC as do not added to the spectrum default domain discovery profile. This means they will not get rediscovered. To change a pingable to a managed device you need to run a discovery profile with the IP of the pingable device present.
