Issue/Problem/Symptoms:

When drilling down into NFA from UIM with an LDAP user, I see the message:

"No Network Flow Analysis data available. You do not have access to view protocol data."

Environment:

NFA 9.3.2

UIM 8.3.1

Cause:

The UIM ACL for the user was not given rights to NFA.

Resolution:

1. In your UIM Infrastructure Manager Console go to  the "Security" tab then select  "Manage Access Control List".

2. Select the ACL you setup for your LDAP user accounts.

3. You can also go to the NFA->Administration->Roles page and find the role you that was synced over from UIM and Edit the role.

4. Login to UMP again with the LDAP user, and attempt to drill down into NFA again and you should now be able to see reports.
