When Connecting To XOG Using SOAP, Error CMN-10011 Is Received

After trying to connect to CA PPM XOG using SOAP (WSDL), this error is received:

“com.niku.union.security.SecurityInvalidLoginException: CMN-10011: Please enter a valid User Name and Password. Note that the Password is case-sensitive.”.
Force a password change (for example, from Administration > Organization and Access > Resource) and try again to connect.
