When connecting to the web interface with Internet Explorer (IE) the PDA interface is shown instead of the correct login page.
To properly work on newer releases of Internet Explorer, it is required to add the Service Desk URL to compatibility view sites list
Windows, Internet Explorer 9 and above.
To add the Service Desk URL to compatibility view, do next:
1. Select Tools->Compatibility View Settings
2. Enter the Service Desk URL to "Add this web site:" field, and press add
3. The site will be added to the list. Press close.
4. Attempt to browse to Service Desk now.
Please be aware that in newer releases of IE, like IE 11, when you add a site to compatibility view list, only the domain is added. This will make all sites under that domain to be displayed in compatibility view.
For instance, if your Service Desk URL is helpdesk.myorg.com, to the list, it will be added myorg.com, which means all servers in myorg.com will be displayed using compatibility view settings.
