When clicking the "Create Service Desk Ticket" link, the following error shows up. Error: Service Desk Integration Error: Authentication failed [CMM000258]

Click on the details and check if you see a message similar to the following:

"AHD05519: Error in MDB Registration: (MDB and ca_owned_resource are not consistent; asset_source_uuid (F6E76121159D7E48BC6592407CB47AB5) not found in ca_owned_resource table )"


This happens mostly due to inconsistency in the MDB and "ca_owned_resource" table. This can be fixed by running the following command:
