Issue:
When attempting to use the Client Copy utility, user receives an error message (Access denied).
Resolution:

Symptoms

This error could happen with any user name - it is not limited to "AutomicUSER". For all user object names, the following should resolve this specific error.

When a user attempts to use the Utility, it does not complete its run and instead they receive the following error messages:

U0036189 Logon with user 'AutomicUSER/%'.

U0036192 Logon with user 'AutomicUSER/%' was not successful. Access denied.


Cause

No user object named AutomicUSER in Client 0. 


Resolution

Create the user object "AutomicUSER" (or applicable user name, if not this) in Client 0, then attempt to run the Utility again.
