When accessing CAPC configured to use tls/https using http://PCURL:PORT instead of https://PCURL:PORT an unexpected response is returned

Issue:
CA Performance Center (CAPC) access using https works as it should, but when using the incorrect protocol (http) it returns garbled text (firefox) or the letter P (Internet explorer) instead of an error. Chrome returns an INVALID HTTP RESPONSE error
Environment:
CA Performance Management 3.6.x
Resolution:
This behavior change is due to the update of the Jetty Servlet and HTTP server included in CA Performance Management 3.6.


Once this issue is corrected in Jetty, it can potentially be included in a future release of CA Performance Center
