DESCRIPTION: 

When a user tries to attach an event to an incident, they cannot attach an event that showed up in the event search window.

 

SOLUTION:

When a user tries to attach an event to an incident, they cannot attach an event that showed up in the event search window.  This is due to the fact that the incident wants to modify the time until the event runs, but the event does not allow time resetting.  To allow time resetting, open the event in the Administration tab, Events and Macros->Events folder.  Change the Allow Time Resetting option (seen below) to "Yes", and then go back and add the event to the incident.
