What workflow tasks are displayed in the Service Management mobile application?
The mobile application show Classic WF or PAM WF tasks of change orders, Incidents/Requests/Problems, Change Orders and Issues that are in the "Pending" (PEND) status only.
The Service Desk Scoreboard in the Web application can be configured to show specific data according to the needs of the customer, for example the change orders opened by certain userid and date frame. This information will also be displayed in the SD Mobile application since it depends on what the administrator configures in the scoreboard for each user or role. The workflow tasks in the web application are also configurable in the scoreboard view in the same way, but it will not reflect in the same way in the mobile application, this is by design so it cannot be configured.
