What URL can I use to go directly to a Service Desk Manager ticket?

I'd like to be able to use a URL to launch a Service Desk Manager ticket directly. How can this type of URL be formatted?
An example of a URL to go directly to a specific ticket would look like this:


In the example above you will replace "HOSTNAME" with the host and port of your Service Desk Manager environment.
The FACTORY of "cr" will allow Requests, Incidents and Problems to return. If you'd like to access a Change Order directly change the FACTORY to "chg". Issues can be viewed with the FACTORY "iss".
The "ref_num" value indicates the ticket number you'd like to access, in this example I'm trying to view Incident:52. You can replace "52" with the case number you'd like to view.
