Install tries to authenticate into the remote MDB machine using the currently-logged-on user and this error normally indicates that this user does not have a permission to logon to that remote MDB machine. So make sure the user that installs DSM manager has a logon permission to the remote MDB machine before trying the install of DSM Manager.
