What options are available within Unified Self Service (USS) when different Service Management products are integrated?

Answer:

Below are the options available in the Unified Self Service (USS) Home page if it is only integrated with the CA Service Desk Manager (SDM):

  1. Questions (from USS)
  2. Announcements (from SDM)
  3. Create Request or Create Incident for SDM
  4. My Request or Incident list
  5. No My Resources option available

 

Options available in the Unified Self Service (USS) Home page if it is only integrated with the CA Service Catalog:

  1. Questions (from USS)
  2. No Announcements available
  3. Create Request in Service Catalog
  4. My Request in Service Catalog
  5. My Resources option available

Options available if the UUS is integrated with both SDM and Service Catalog:

  1. Questions from USS
  2. Announcements from SDM
  3. Create Request creates a Request in Service Catalog
  4. My Request shows Request from Service Catalog
  5. Option to view My Resources
