Introduction:
The following steps are required when Service Desk 17.0 or higher and Jaspersoft 6.3.0 are integrated, this document assume that the data source being used was configured with the official instructions
Configure CABI JasperReportsĀ® Server r6.3.0 for CA Service Management
Question:
What needs to be done in case that the password for the superuser account needs to be changed in Jasper 6.3.0 or higher?
Environment:
JaserReports 6.3.0
Answer:
1. Log with the superuser account
2. Go to manage->users and select the superuser account
3. Click on the edit button and type the new password in both fields which are required, save the changes.
4. Go to manage->server settings->server attributes and edit the adminPassword by typing the new password used for the superuser account.
5. Click on OK and save.

Note: For CABI Jaspersoft 6.2.0 there is a known defect, please open a ticket with CA Support in order to request the patch that solves the issue.
