The message RMA821W that appears is a Warning message and not an error message. You are receiving this warning message because you have selected the Fast Unload and Fast Load utilities in your strategy. These utilities require Fast Check to enforce constraints. Without Fast Check activated in your model, ENFORCE NO is added as a parameter in the Fast Load. The ENFORCE CONSTRAINTS keyword maintains system referential integrity and check constraints so that CA Fast Load can call CA Fast Check to check each row of table data.
Additional please check that the analysis option "Check Data" is set to Y for indicate whether you want to run the CHECK utility for any tables loaded with ENFORCE=NO. This includes all foreign key alters. This field is ignored for REBIND Only and DDL Only analyses.
