Introduction: 

With the start and end of the Daylight Saving Time (DST) it is a point of concern for on any special proceeding necessary to apply to CA Service Desk Manager (SDM) in order to prevent problems from occurring.

Question: 

What is the requirement needed for CA Service Desk Manager for Daylight Saving Time start and end?

Environment:  

CA Service Desk Manager 12.9, 14.1

Windows, Linux and Unix operating systems

Answer: 

The only requirement is that Service Desk Manager services be recycled.
