Release 11.3.6  (Page 36) :                                                  
archived_job_runs.%AUTOSERV%.MM.dd.yyyy.hh.mm.ss (Windows)                   
Indicates the month, day, year, hour, minute, and second when the archive    
was created.                                                                 
The format of each record in the flat file is as follows:                    
1- each column means:                                                        

For example:                                                                
Each job run occupies one row in the archive. By default, a comma (,)       
delimits each column.                                                       
The 'status' column  in archived_job_run file is a numeric code resolved using the    
ujo_intcodes table.                                                         
FAILURE (5) : Indicates that a job fails
