archived_job_runs.%AUTOSERV%.MM.dd.yyyy.hh.mm.ss (Windows)                   
MM.dd.yyyy.hh.mm.ss                                                          
Indicates the month, day, year, hour, minute, and second when the archive    
was created.                                                                 
                                                                             
The format of each record in the flat file is as follows:

ver_num,run_machine,runtime,startime,status,std_out_file,std_err_file,svcdes

Each job run occupies one row in the archive. By default, a comma (,)       
delimits each column.                                                       
                                                                            
                                                                         
The 'status' column  in archived_job_run file is a numeric code resolved using the    
ujo_intcodes table.                                                         
                                                                                                                               
                                                                            
FAILURE (5) : Indicates that a job fails
