Question:
If the sdgtw probe cannot be installed on the primary hub because of hub subscriber limitations, what probes must be installed on a secondary hub in order for the sdgtw probe to work as expected?
Environment:
UIM all supported releases through  8.51
sdgtw all versions through the current 2.00 GA release
Answer:
The sdgtw probe through the 2.00 release is not supported to run on any hub except the primary hub.

It is possible to deploy this probe to a robot managed by the primary hub as long as the full UIM address of both the hub and nas probes are correctly configured in the setup section of the sdgtw.cfg file.  The full UIM address is as follows:

/<UIM domain>/<primary hub name/<primary hub robot name>/hub
/<UIM domain>/<primary hub name/<primary hub robot name>/nas

Note that the UIM address is case sensitive.

The sdgtw probe uses the nas_api_service package installed in the trellis probe in order to close UIM alarms when the corresponding incident is closed/resolved in the Service Desk application if the sdgtw probe is configured to close UIM alarms.
