DDUTILTY is the readonly batch utility used when running any of various reports against existing CA Datacom Datadictionary entities.

DDUPDATE is the read or write batch utility used when defining or maintaining any Datadictionary entities as well as running any of the reports that DDUTILTY allows for.

DDBTGLM is the "Batch Transaction Generator" used to create the DDUPDATE transactions from existing Datadictionary entities.
