The following is required in order to run audit reports:
· Ensure that CAL7SAMP member AL7EZTP has run to generate the URT that CA Easytrieve reporting programs use
· Set AUDITSUP to YES in config file to perform audits of user modifications to CA 11 data
· Run the List Audit Report program--AL7ARP in the CAL7SAMP library
The AL7ARP job contains a SYSIN DD statement that specifies the CAL7SRC member U11ARP as input. The input control, report selection, report section control, and filtering control options are specified in the U11ARP program source.
Audit records are stored in the JEHF file. If your site previously allocated a small JEHF because it was not in use, it is now recommended that you make the JEHF larger if you desire to use the auditing feature.
